The Mallory can accommodate up to 400 guests for seated dinners, 700 guests for cocktail-style receptions, and 150 guests for outdoor ceremonies. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our flexible spaces are designed to bring your vision to life.

What types of events can be hosted at The Mallory?

Though best known as a wedding venue, The Mallory is home to so much more—hosting rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, reunions, fundraisers, Mardi Gras balls, concerts, and beyond. If you can dream it, we can host it.

Do you have indoor and outdoor spaces?

Yes! From our elegant Hall and versatile Gallery to our scenic greenspace, The Mallory offers both indoor and outdoor settings to create the perfect backdrop for your event.

Is there a bridal suite or getting-ready space on-site?

Yes! We provide a spacious bridal suite available the morning of your big day, complete with professional makeup lighting, comfortable seating, and plenty of room for your party to relax. We also offer private suites through Hotel Toussaint for both wedding parties to get ready before the celebration.

Do you provide catering?

We proudly collaborate with a carefully selected group of preferred vendors who are intimately familiar with The Mallory and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Should you wish to bring in your own caterer, we simply ask for advance notice for approval.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

All alcohol service must go through The Mallory’s licensed staff, but we offer a wide range of customizable bar packages to fit your event.

Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

Each rental includes linens, tables, and chairs to ensure a beautifully seamless foundation for your event. For an elevated touch, specialty linens, chargers, candles, and additional décor are available through The Mallory for an additional charge.

Can we bring in our own florist?

We collaborate with preferred florists who know The Mallory well and thoughtfully enhance our space, while still welcoming outside florists of your choosing.

Will there be a venue coordinator included?

Every event at The Mallory includes an on-site event manager to manage logistics, staffing, and timeline execution—so you can focus on celebrating.

For ceremonies hosted on-site, a Mallory day-of coordinator is also included to cue the wedding party, coordinate vendors, ensure seamless ceremony flow, and guide a smooth transition into cocktail hour and reception.

How many staff members are provided?

Staffing is customized to the size and style of your event and may include bartenders, servers, security, and event assistants. We’ll make sure you have exactly what you need.

Are there nearby hotel accommodations for my guests?

Yes—guests may enjoy the convenience of our on-site boutique hotel, Hotel Toussaint, along with additional accommodations through our trusted partners at Louisiana Hospitality, offering multiple properties throughout St. Francisville to suit celebrations both intimate and grand.

How do I reserve a date?

To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and deposit. Until both are received, dates remain open for booking—so we always recommend securing your date as soon as possible!
