How many guests can The Mallory accommodate?
The Mallory can host up to 400 guests for seated dinners and up to 700 guests for cocktail-style receptions. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we have flexible spaces to fit your vision.
What types of events can be hosted at The Mallory?
We welcome weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, reunions, fundraisers, concerts, and more. If you can dream it, we can host it!
Do you have indoor and outdoor spaces?
Yes! From our elegant Hall and versatile Gallery to our scenic greenspace, The Mallory offers both indoor and outdoor settings to create the perfect backdrop for your event.
Is there a bridal suite or getting-ready space on-site?
Yes! We provide a spacious bridal suite available the morning of your big day, complete with professional makeup lighting, comfortable seating, and plenty of room for your party to relax. We also offer private suites through Hotel Toussaint for both wedding parties to get ready before the celebration.
Do you provide catering?
Yes—we offer in-house catering with fully customizable menus, Heirloom Cusine and we also work with trusted culinary partners. If you’d like to bring in your own caterer, just let us know in advance for approval.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
All alcohol service must go through The Mallory’s licensed staff, but we offer a wide range of customizable bar packages to fit your event.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?
Yes—we include tables and chairs with your rental. Specialty linens, chargers, candles and additional décor is also available through the Mallory.
Can we bring in our own florist?
The Mallory has an in-house florist, David Parker, who creates fully customizable floral packages tailored to your vision, guest count, and budget. His designs beautifully complement our spaces and make planning seamless.
If you already have a florist you love, outside florals are welcome with prior approval.
Will there be a venue coordinator included?
Yes—an event manager will be on-site to oversee venue logistics, staff, and timeline coordination so you can focus on enjoying your day.
Bonus for Ceremonies: If you’re hosting your ceremony at The Mallory, your event manager also serves as your day-of coordinator. This includes:
Cueing the wedding party for the processional
Coordinating with vendors (florist, officiant, musicians, photographer, etc.)
Ensuring the ceremony begins smoothly and on time
Managing the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour and reception
How many staff members are provided?
Staffing is customized to the size and style of your event and may include bartenders, servers, security, and event assistants. We’ll make sure you have exactly what you need.
How do I reserve a date?
To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and deposit. Until both are received, dates remain open for booking—so we always recommend securing your date as soon as possible!
